As a starting point, let me explain the process and please see a couple of sample tours below:
I create each tour from a series of photographs taken using a 360° camera. For local clients, I will travel to site and take these photos myself. For clients who are further away, I will send a loan camera (for a small deposit) with instructions on its use. In essence, the camera is set up so that you will only need to place the camera, press the shutter release and hide (there is a 10 second delay built in so you should not need your running shoes to get behind the sofa). Move the camera to the next area of the tour and repeat until all the internal spaces are captured.
Once I have the photos I then process them to remove any trace of the tripod or reflections in mirrors and from reflective surfaces. This ensures that the viewer is fully focused on the subject of the tour and is not distracted by trying to find all the hidden gems that the photographer has left behind by mistake.
These processed photos then become hotspots within the tour, allowing the viewer to move from room to room, cabin to cabin, or to open cupboards and wardrobes if that is what you would like. These hotspots can be customised to align with your branding or they can pre-defined icons which can also be used to highlight particular items in the tour by revealing high-resolution photograph.
The finalised tours are hosted on a platform that allows your clients to view them on their computer, phone or other mobile device ( a 3d headset if they have one). Any branding, such as your logo and contact details, can be included within the tour your customised tour can then be embedded into your website to create a seamless transition.
